New seasonal rentals

Our Trailer Park has over one hundred seasonal sites with sewer and hydro hook-ups. There are no sites currently available.

You can get your name on our waiting list by contacting the Municipal Office at 519-785-0560. We will contact you when a lot becomes available.

Renewing a seasonal rental

You must pay your seasonal fees by May 1 of the current year.  West Elgin will be mailing out invoices for your seasonal rentals by the end of February 2024

You can pay at the front desk at the municipal office by debit, cash, or cheque. We also accept payment in our drop-box beside the front door.

Please provide us with current proof of insurance every year so we can keep our records updated.

Selling your trailer

Let us know when you sell your trailer by email or give us a call at 519-785-0560. We need to know the name of the new owner and get their contact information so they can sign an updated contract.

We charge a $125 transfer fee when new owners take over a seasonal site. You can pay this at the front desk at the municipal office by debit, cash, or cheque.
