Four Counties Transit Board

Chairperson – Mark McGill

Purpose – to assist Councils in West Elgin and Southwest Middlesex in making decisions about our Four Counties Transit System.

Old Town Hall Committee

Chairperson - Mona Blain

Purpose - to assist Council in making decision for the future use of the Old Town Hall Building, Rodney

Members - Deputy Mayor Taraesa Tellier, Councillor Michelle Navackas, Mona Blain and Norma McPhail. Currently, three seats vacant.

Tri-County Water Board of Management

Chairperson – Corey Pemberton

Purpose – to assist the Municipalities of Dutton-Dunwich, Chatham-Kent, Newbury, Southwest Middlesex, and West Elgin in providing clean and safe drinking water to our residents.

West Elgin Committee of Adjustment

Chairperson – Alternating

Purpose – to make decisions about Minor Variances to properties in our Municipality.

Members – Richard Leatham, Taraesa Tellier, Ryan Statham, Bill Denning and Michelle Navackas, .

West Elgin Community Centre Board of Management 

Chairperson – Deputy Mayor Ken Loveland

Purpose – to assist West Elgin and Dutton Dunwich in making decisions about the operation of our shared arena in West Lorne.

Members – Terry Weed, Councillor Bill Denning, Councillor Ryan Statham, and Jim Hathaway.

West Elgin Recreation Committee

Chairperson - Deputy Mayor Taraesa Tellier

Purpose – to maintain and improve our public parks, recreational facilities, and to help promote recreational activities in our Municipality.
