As a result of a maintenance activity that was conducted at the water treatment Plant on November 25^th, 2020, resulted in the need to temporarily isolate the water main for residents south of the water treatment plant on Graham Road and Gray Line. The issue was resolved within 20 minutes and the valve at the water treatment plant was turned back on.  Staff responded and checked the distribution system to ensure adequate residuals were maintained and undertook precautionary flushing at three locations. OCWA and West Elgin apologize to residents for any issues this may have caused.
