Attention All Water Customers,

We are excited to inform you about an important upgrade to our water metering system that will enhance the efficiency and accuracy of water consumption readings.  Over the next 12 months, we will be implementing radio remote meters throughout our service area.

The installation process primarily involves work on the exterior of your house.  However, for older meters that may require access to your residence, our trained operators may need to enter your home.

Your convenience and privacy are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, please be assured that if there is a need for our operators to enter your home, you will be notified by the municipality at least 24 hours in advance. This notice will include details of the scheduled visit and the purpose of their entry.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation during this upgrade process, which will ultimately result in a more efficient and streamlined water billing system.
